Thank you for using Lingua Bureau services. Please, familiarize yourself with the Policy presented below before placing any orders, and also read the Terms of Service carefully.
You will be able to cancel any Order if it has not been picked up by a translator yet. However, please keep in mind that it is a very common occurrence for it to be engaged with right after the Order is placed. In order to cancel an Order, you can go directly into the Order details and find a “Cancel” button while the Order is still awaiting a writer. Alternatively, you can go through our Customer Support and ask one of our staff members to cancel the Order for you in case you are facing any difficulties with the process. Please, keep in mind that in the case the Order is already started by the Translator, it can not be canceled, and it will not be refunded after the commencing of translation.
Lingua Bureau does not guarantee the fact that a specific Translator or even any Translator will be interested in engaging with your Order and proceeding to translate it. Lingua Bureau will provide you with the translation according to the parameters specified in your Order.
The timeframe given by Lingua Bureau is only an estimated figure for the completion of the Order placed by you and is not a guaranteed time of delivery and may be subject to further change. Please note that time is not an essential parameter in the Order placement unless previously agreed upon and stated in the Order. As a non-essential parameter, it can not be a basis for a refund or Order Rejection.
The basis for the refund or further edits may be unsatisfactory quality of the translated work determined on the case-to-case basis after you fill request to review the finished work or the presence of 5 or more grammatical or orthographic errors in a single document.
You will have seven days to review the document and accept or reject it or ask for a refund. If you do not take any action during these 7 days upon Order delivery, the Order will be considered Accepted, and you will retain your right for refunds or free edits and the Translator will be paid in accordance with the Order details.
